Refund policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

To start a return: email nullfield@tutamail.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a shipping address — customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.

Non-returnable: Items marked as final sale on the product page (if any).
