Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they ship.

Shipping time: Once shipped, domestic US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days; international orders (Europe) typically arrive in 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays happen, and we'll tell you if we see one.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We don't inflate item prices to offer "free shipping" — you'll always see the real shipping cost separately.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking, emailed automatically.

Customs & duties (international): You're responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by your country. We don't mark packages as "gifts" to avoid these — that's not something we're willing to misrepresent.
