These terms apply to purchases from Nullfield and use of our online store. Please read them together with our shipping, return and refund, and privacy policies, which are available on our website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Using our store

You must have the legal capacity or necessary permission to make a purchase. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and keep any account credentials secure. Products

Please review product descriptions and sizing information before ordering. We aim to display products accurately, but colors may appear differently on different screens. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.

Prices and payment

The applicable price, currency, shipping charges and any taxes or duties collected by us are displayed at checkout. Please review the total before placing your order. Any additional import charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our shipping policy. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an accepted order.

Orders

We will not substitute goods or charge an increased price without your agreement. If an order is canceled, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Available destinations, shipping charges, processing information, tracking and delivery issues are covered by our shipping policy. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. This does not limit your rights relating to delayed delivery or our responsibility for delivery under applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once the order is being prepared or has shipped.
